Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing or thinking about purchasing!  

We want you to love your piece. If it isn’t quite right, you have 15 days from delivery to request a return for unworn items in their original packaging.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items marked Final Sale and gift cards are not returnable or exchangeable.

How to start a return

Email customerservice@portepieces.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid label plus instructions.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • If the item is not defective, we are a small brand and trying to grow, so we ask our customers to cover return shipping (deducted from the refund when we receive the piece).

    • Typical cost: $12–$16 CAD within Canada; $15–$20 USD from the U.S. to Toronto.

  • If your piece arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund—your choice.

Damages & issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact customerservice@portepieces.com within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest path is to return your item and place a new order for the piece you want. (Sale items and gift cards can’t be exchanged.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank/issuer may take additional time).  If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please reach out: customerservice@portepieces.com
